In my first year of college, I did everything to satisfy my sinful nature. I pursued the party lifestyle that college had to offer even though I knew it was wrong.
During my freshman year I started doing a Bible study on campus with a member of Cornerstone Christian Church. One day a campus minister attended the Bible study and helped me to realize that I was heading down the wrong path. I realized then how important surrendering to Christ was, but when the Bible study sessions ended I headed back into the same habits I had been a part of for most of my life.
About a year later I was at a point in my life where my sin was unsatisfying. I finally understood that the path I was on was a large path leading to the gates of Hell. After two campus ministers shared God’s grace, I gave my life to Jesus on March 17th, 2010. Immediately following this incredible miracle of repentance I completely eliminated my relationship with the world.
Now I am living with four Christian friends; we pray together daily and live for God’s glory. God has given me overcoming victory in several areas of my life including my academics. I cannot wait to go through my Junior year spreading the Gospel and letting the world know what God has done in my life. ~Zac
